As a small school we enjoy being able to all be involved in learning around a central theme which permeates a range of subject areas. This helps to build a real learning community in our school, often resulting in learning activities happening across the age groups. The structure of Interact is such that, if needed, it provides clear guidelines for implementing class programmes for teachers new to Christian Education, or new to teaching, where a high level of support may be needed. However it is still flexible enough to allow experienced teachers to be creative in their application of the curriculum.
